Default NHRA accepted location of N2O Purge outlet?

I skimmed through my Rulebook and did not see anything. I do remember reading something about NHRA rulings on nitrous purge outlet. I just cannot remember where it was supposed to be. Can anybody shed some light on this. Also is there anything that they recommend as far as what to use for tubing? I know this is a nitrous section question, but everyone here seems to be more up on rules and regs.
Just to clarify, I am talking about the purge, not the blow down tube.

TIA

ummm, outside the car dummy! I also wouldn't aim it at exhaust or your rear tires. For material i would use copper or stainless.

i can't imagine it would matter. Since you don't HAVE to have a purge selenoid anyways.

I would use stainless line or aluminum. Copper would work, but would tarnish faster than aluminum.

Stainless brake line seems to work well

The purge kit I got from Nitro Dave has aluminum tubing.
