Default Who's interested in a front bumper support?

We are going to make a front bumper support for those that removed the factory junk. The support will keep the nose from bowing at speed. We plan to make these for both the Camaro and Firebird.

So....

Who would be interested?

What features would you be looking for?

It would be CM. That is all we will use to build it. Not set on pricing yet.

What would you pay?

Might be interested

1) Must maintain the factory shape of the nose so sagging does not happen

2) Make the foglight mount optional

3) Must be lightweight

4) Bolt into factory location

5) Make powder coating an option

That's all I can think of right now

I'd be interested. Bolt in and lightweight... And a very steep discount for Illinois residents.

bolt in to the 2 inside or jsut 2 of the bolt holes...(save extra wight)
probably with a bolt that makes how hard it pushes on the bumper adjustable and accessable from the bottom/top
fog light mounts as an accessory

I would be interested if it did have the fog light mounts, TA of course, and was still very light.

If you do decide to start selling them don't forget a disclaimer of some sort, I'de hate you see Burkhart sued by some dumbass.

The two things that come to mind are.... chromoly cage for a front mount fuel cell. and more realistically a mount to use thin sheetmetal to keep air from coming under the bumper so you can throw away that plasic crap that is hanging in there.

I would take one as long as there was no sag.
Depending on options but a max price of $100

No offense, but those are free if you just cut up your stock one.

No more than $85. That is about the cost of a STB and they use about the same material. Def must be bolt-in and lightweight.

Didn't BMR used to make these and they stopped for some reason?

The rear bar is no big deal. That would be the bolt on chute bar we are going to do without the chute mount.

I don't remember BMR making one.

I'd like to have a front one, retaining the fog light mounts for a transam would be sweet, if you could make one that would bolt in, and hold say a 2.5 to 3 gallon fuel cell, and replace the piece of plastic that the top of the transam nose clips into (say a metal piece that also holds the top of the fuel cell, has a way to hold the top of the nose in place and bolts to the body where the replaced plastic is) would be sweet.
