Default Anyone still sell a airbag delete

I remember someone used to make a cover that looked like the factory airbag in the steering wheel. I don't think I want to run a aftermarket wheel but don't want a hole there

I couldn't find one when I did mine, so I got out the dremel and removed the guts from inside. The aftermarket ones weren't a very close match color-wise anyway, this is a perfect match obviously and is free.

I will admit, cutting through the aluminum with the module in place made me nervous. Be careful.

I bet my gutted stocker weighs within a pound or two of a Grant, and I still have (and use) my radio controls. Plus, it was free.

I know Jay Billingsley use to make one back in the day. He doesn't do f-body stuff anymore; you might want to check with Burkhart. My Grant GT wheel is super light compared to my factory 99 wheel. Well worth the swap. Check eBay for used steering wheels. I picked mine up for $30 shipped and sold my stocker for $125.

2 lbs isn't worth $130 or whatever.

I made money and lost 5 or 6 lbs, so that is why I did it. I wouldn't pay $130 for a steering wheel.
