Default 5 pt harness question

I bought a simpson camloc 5 pt, roll bar wrap harness

there aren't any brackets at the end of the points, what are you guys using to connect them to the car?

I've seen the crotch mounts, do I need to get more for the side harnesses?

Use an eye-bolt on the front (may need the hook option for the crotch strap), the stock seat belt mounts on the sides, and wrap around for the rollbar.

Man I think I know what your talking about, I got a set of 5 point cam lock Stroud harnesses and they were like that. I ordered the wraparound type for my wolfe roll bar and they came in without any eyelets at all. Even the crotch straps and lap belts didnt have anything in them to run a bolt through. I called stroud and they got with the place I ordered them from and they ask me to send them back to stroud so they coud add anchor brackets to the lap belts. If you run the Wolfe crotch strap mounts you wont need anything on the crotch strap, leave it wrap around style. Hope this helps.

Yes that is what you would need, I had to send my belts back for Stroud to sew them in but I dont see why you couldnt just wrap them just like you do to the cross bar on the main hoop.

Here's a link to the Wolfe crotch strap mount, its one less hole you'd have to drill and it looks really clean.

I just used the stock seat belt mounting locations for mine.

Yeah, most of us do. His problem is that every end is just a peice of fabric, there's nothing there to put a bolt through.
