Everything is already setup for it, so if the motor ever gets running it would be an easy engine swap.

Yes you can put a tall deck in. Headers are a pita, but it can be done, like anything else if you're willing to spend the time.

It's not a fun thing to work on though.... that I can guarintee you 100%

I know headers will be one of my biggest obstacles. I can find tons of headers for short decks, but nothing for tall decks. I mean I know the flanges and everything are the same and the short deck ones will bolt on the tall deck, but I also know that, at least in my mind seems like that since the heads are set higher and wider than the short decks, that the primaries will have some different geometry compared to the sd. Like they will be closer to the oil pan/block things like that. I don't know, maybe I'm wrong in that thinking, just seems logical to me. anybody got experience with sd headers on a td?

Default Building a 2002 Z28 with a 468 BBC-T56 factory Fuel injection

I have followed this build. It is pretty close to what I am doing. A couple of questions if you don’t mind:
-what spring rate did you run for the front springs?
-how much did it weigh after all said and done?
-how did you do the return line, in tank or after market rail? If so how did you run the return?
-what fuel pressure did you run at? 43psi or 58psi

finally, if you were to do it over what would rule do differently?

this will help me in my build
