Which one of these ET Streets Radials on a stock suspension T/A (lowered 2") will hook the best? Obviously, I need them to fit w/o alteration.

Ditto. Under 28" and should fit nice with a sidewall. A lot of people run a 275/40 with no mods and they hook well from what I here. Generally a taller sidewall will hook better.

What's the opinion on this tire 295/65R15? I know it's a little taller than the 275/60 15.

IIRC that's a 30" tire. You said you wanted it to fit with little to no alterations right? I don't think that tire would fit. Why are you needing so much tire?

I don't need it. But the wider they are, the better they look. But you're right, 30" is too tall.

You want to run the smallest tire you can make work with your combo. Less rolling resistance = better times. Looks at plenty of stock eliminator cars running a 9" wide slick, and plenty are in the 10s with some in the 9s.
