Question about adjustable coil springs in the rear

We finally got my car on the ground after this winter's rear suspension overhaul (Wolfe adjustable LCA's, adjustable coil springs, etc...) and it looks like the spring is quite compressed in the back after adjusting everything to get an acceptable ride height. I did not measure, but I would say it is in the 6" to 7" range while the Wolfe adjuster is about .75" from being maxed out.
For those of you with the adjustable setups (Wolfe, other brand, or home made), how compressed are your springs? Also, how firm is the suspension in the rear?
I have QA1 single adjustables set at 5 clicks from full loose with the 150lb 10" springs that were included in the kit and it is pretty firm. It is hard to compare vs. the old setup though since those were stock springs and a much higher ride height.
Does anyone think with the car weighing in at 3550#, could I need a firmer rate to help get the spring uncompressed, thereby loosening the rear?
