if i ditch the front skinnys (i have weld prostars 15x3.5") and put on the stock front sway bar. i am kinda getting tired of the car handling like a boat on the street. would i loose much 60'? the car runs solid 11.6-7 all day and 60' in the 1.58-1.55 average right now as it sits. i am thinking of just going with reg stock wheels and probably a 16" et street. thanks !

i know a guy that ran .2 faster going from 245/50/16 bfg's to the skinnies. my guess is .2-.3 slower.

damn that is a lot of ET. anyone else have any experience with this going back to stockish setup?

I went back to the swaybar, TT2's(17x9,17x11),all seats, and dropped the car 1" and lost a solid 3 tenths and 3 mph. sorry dude, street mode sucks for ET.

On street tires with 17s all around I went exactly 1 second slower than with slicks and skinnies. (though the DA was about 1500 feet worse)

Race trim: slicks/skinnies decent air, cutout open: 11.1@123.95mph 1.50 best sixty powershifting 1-2 and 3-4 @6400rpm

Street trim: 17's with street tires, pass seat in, 12.1@119-120mph with a 2.1-2.2 sixty with cutout closed and grannyt shifting every gear @ 6200rpm DA = 2000 feet

Big difference but I dont really care I am stepping back to 3.73's, 1Le swaybar and lowering springs soon. Going to run the car in Road race autocross and drag strip. ~11.5-11.6@120-121mph on DR's will be just fine for me

the sway bar kills weight transfer and the tires are unsprung weight.

I pulled consistently low 1.6s with 275/40/17s up front, 315/35/17s in the rear, with the stock swaybar intact. I had a good hooking track and...well, I've had ALOT of practice!
