I went over today. I left my car home in fear of the rain. It was definately cool. It had to be a legal street car. The was a little of everything. I liked it because it was different... BTW it was a 1/16 mile track. 6 seconds in the 1/16 is pretty slow but there wasn't a lit of traction unless you had some Et Streets.

sorry if you felt like I "cut you down." If you are ever in North LA email me and I will pay your way in to our local track.

WELL I WAS ABLE TO RUN WHILE I WORKED AT PITTSBURGH THUNDER
I RAN
6.034
5.999
5.981
IN THE 01 TA
I RAN
6.710
6.634
6.922
6.827
6.617
IN MY 1969 CAMARO BURNING TIRE ALL OF THE WAY DOWN THE TRACK
SO MUCH FOR TRACTION
THE TRACK WAS ON THE RIDGED CONCRETE AND THERE WAS NO COMPOUND AND EVEN THE GUYS WITH SLICKS COULDN'T GET TRACTION
HALF OF THE CARS WERE NOT STREET LEGAL THAT RAN AND EVEN A 700 HP BEL AIR ONLY RAN 5.23 DUE TO LOW TRACTION
NOT ONE LS1 THERE, EVEN THE SUPERCHARGED SS WENT MUCH FASTER THAN NICK OR MYSELF, ALL OF THE MANUALS WENT CLOSER TO 6.3 AND 6.4 (OR WORSE) ALL DAY LONG
THE WEEKEND WAS A BLAST AND I CANT WAIT TO WORK FOR THIS EVENT AGAIN NEXT YEAR
I CAN NOT THINK OF A BETTER WAY TO RAISE MONEY FOR LOCAL CHILDRENS CHARITIES
