another problem youll have is the amount of torque you produce with tha 4" stroke motor.... youll need a progressor to get it hooked and keep it powering up.... more than likely you'll launch it on a small shot and gradually pour the power to it to the 60ft mark... then it should be wide open.....
again just guessing....

With the nitrous, it depends how much you are spraying, timing, all that. I'm gonna say with a 150 shot and a relstivly conservative tuneup you should be able to go about 10.1 with that power level and raceweight if the car leaves good, good being like 1.45 or better 60 foot.
well... that is interesting. Good feedback.. thanks.
So if you convert the 6.6 to the 1/4 it comes to around a 10.40 give or take... and that was with a 1.48 60ft and the nitrous on a B&M **** button not a WOT switch.
So realisticly it is the motor running 7.3's that is soooo slow huh? If that is the case I lie the blame on the intake being restrictive (single plane) and the heads being 270cc intake ports.
So am I as far off as it appears or do these facts put me about right??
How many of yall would sell the Eibach springs for stockers?

7.3 on motor isn't extremely impressive, but then again the car is pretty heavy and I assume this is a pump gas setup as well.
The best I personally ran last year n/a was 6.86 @ about 103 if I remember correctly, that was 10.56.
So 7.3 is probably about 11.0 give or take, not impressive, but for a full weight car that's not leaving that hard, it's not too bad.
6.6 in the 1/8th is about 10.4 in the 1/4 I just went 6.23 @ 110 to the 1.8th yesterday and that ended up being 9.85 @ 137

yeah, manual at RPM went 7.31 with skinnies on the front and holeshots on the back. He said it wasnt shifting hard enough, and could have run a little better. Otherwise that is all it had. I assume that is on a motor tune iirc.

yes its ideal to be able to put all the power you can on the starting line buts its impossible on small tire cars..... madman may not use progressors but i gaurantee that he is ramping the power in by other means on small tire cars... either with mulitple kits or timing or boost controller or 2 of the 3 i mentioned.
