I will be at the shootout, hopefully running in the bracket class.

Kurt,

Does this mean your "new business" might pay to send you to the LSX Shooutout this year?

Wow this is the first I've heard of this. I always considered W2W one of the best in the country. I had just emailed Rich last month about doing some BS3 tuning for me.

I can only hope for the owner of the amazing W2W '93 project has continued on into good hands.

https://ls1tech.com/forums/sponsor-vehicle-projects-shop-tours/616447-w2w-1993-camaro-build-updated-4-25-08-a.html

I was sooo watching that build from the start and was wondering how they could let that project slow.

Maybe the owner will start a new thread to show the build....hint.....hint.....hint.

Pretty sure either Kurt or Billy's shop will continue the car. Last I heard it is going to get an Aluminum Dart LS block with 2 turbos

I was informed as being one of the last jobs last month. I was shocked as much as anyone. Rich got 450rwhp out of my fresh 382 and spent his personal time on street tuning, thanks Rich. Got a nice tour of what was left. Sorry to lose a great name, but the legends will live on. Good luck with your endeavors, gentlemen!

I took my engine and trans out of Casper right after we achieved our goal of first to the 6's. The car was borrowed from Mike Moran who is a long time personal friend, and its back at his shop resting until he needs it again!

Awesome thanks for the info Kurt. Ive always been fond of that car because I was about 14 back around 1996 when I first heard and read about it, its a big reason my first car was a 94 white Z28. Always enjoyed watching videos of it when Mike was running it and then when you guys at W2W had it.
