You can tie in there PSJ as long as you arent in the wheel tub. The flat part of the floor beside it is fine.

Brian, the tech guy never said anything about the rear bars being tied into the wheel tubs. That part was fine. Basically, Rick had it right (as per my tech guy). If you don't tie the main hoop into the frame rails, you must have the D-bars, and they need to be tied into the rear frame rails. I'll call you- work has been crazy.

Derty: No way my tech guy would pass your cage. D-bars aren't on 6x6x.125 pads and they aren't tied to the rear frame rails. I guess it just depends on the inspector, but I had to pull the carpet back so he could inspect the cage..
