Common Knock retard Causes???

Did a couple runs with the car last night on the street with Autotap and saw i was pulling anywhere for 0.1-1 degree of KR...I am thinking i might need a catch can...what kind of KR have you guys seen from oil in the intake...

Anyone actually see the improvements first hand of the KR going away with a catch can...

You have any idea what each degree of retard is worth? I seem to be pulling 2-5 degrees.

very interesting. I never thought oil in the intake could make motor pull timing. I hate my knock sensors on my 98. I almost had them turned off.

Anyways, i definatly need to do more to my pcv and i definatly have crankcase pressure. so im interested if anyone has any more input.

nope i dont i know...

my kr is not much being .5* but i is still should be 0
