Awesome Service from Madman & Co. Gotta give ya'll major props...
I forgot to order an a/c delete plate 2 weeks ago and didn't get a reminder until last Thursday.
Wife and I watched and worried as the hurricane came into LA. We were concerned for our friends and for one of this site's (and the entire racing communities greatest assets...yup...called you guys assets
)
Even after Baton Rouge taking a beating, I was able to call the shop and spoke to Brian after 1 ring. As usual, he was quick on the phone, helpfull and dang funny to boot. That shows character when the doors to your shop are blown out and you are back at the office working. I asked for what I wanted and before I finished talking with Mrs. M, Brian had my parts boxed and ready for UPS!!
The pieces arrived this morning (Monday) and I couldn't be happier. I thank Brain and his staff for being one of the best companies out there. We all know how hard it is to find a business that even does what they are supposed to....it's just that much better when you have a place like Madman's that delivers service, knowledge, great pricing.
Ya'll have my business for as long as I am into this!
