Default Setting up the Moser M9 torque arm and more!

Any help?

After limping my car around on the 10 bolt for about 2 yrs after the heads/cam and never being able to go all out at the track to see what it can do, I finally have upgraded several items out back which include:

Moser M9 with back brace, alum center section, 35 spline axles, spool and 4.30s
BMR chrome moly "race" control arms and panhard rod
BMR Xtreme drag bar
3.5" PST alum drive shaft

I know there are 4 diff spots to locate the torque arm to the cross member, but using the lowest one on my street car severely hinders ground clearance when coupled with my true duals. I know the lowest is for higher hp cars, and the top hole for lower powered ones, but I haven't read a guideline as to what they call low, med, high. For now I have it on the 2nd hole from the top.

Pinion angle...I think I have it set to -2* if I did it correctly. I read tons of threads and there were so many diff opinions it was confusing as hell.

LCAs, I have them in the stock location currently, but I am experiencing alot of wheel hop that I never had with the stock components. It use to either hook or spin, never wheel hopped. I'm going to drop them down one hole and re-test.

Any and all help would be great!

Put the lower control arms in the lowest hole, that should help out a lot. Bob

Yes, I know that moving the rear of the LCA down aids in traction, I had relocation brackets on my previous car, and it made quite a bit of difference. I'm about to do that within the hr

Any other input on the other stuff Bob or anyone else? LOTS of views but only 1 reply. Chime in here guys!

So far I have my pinion angle set to -2, the LCAs on the bottom hole, and I moved the torque arm to the 2nd hole from the bottom. I haven't gotten a chance to see the results as far as the wheel hop is concerned, but I will over the weekend.

There is a sticky about pinion angle and it makes things pretty damn clear. Even has pictures to help understand it better.
