Default Guesstimate 330-->1/8?

I had to shut my car down at the 330 mark due to some nitrous problems this past weekend, but up to the 330 mark it was running pretty well. is there any vague conversion for a 330' number to convert to the 1/8?

I know, it's not going to be exact, but just a general idea on where the car was headed in the 1/8 would be nice!

For what it's worth, this is what i have:

1.41 60'
4.10 330'

Thats a damn good 60' foot, I would wager it would be on the mark for something in the low 7's

Naahh,

It's better than 7's, it went 6.66 letting out on that pass.

Well 6.66 is good for a 10.3, 7.000 is good for 10.89 and frankly you need time slips. For cars in the 9's, and 10's. To guesstimate, I dont see any calculator for 330 to 1/8th mile conversion

those are interesting Conversions. I wish they were true! I ran 6.80, and ran it through the 1/4 to a 10.80 earlier this year on a small 50rwhp hit on the nitrous. On motor, I always thought the rule of thumb was 6.99=10.99

Maybe my #'s are off?!

Go here:

Not dead on, but close enough. The results are under ideal (dead hook) conditions.

Well having exp. w/ a Larger cube (402) LS2 based motor, running through a TH400 is that the car beats the calculators if you base it off the dyno graphs.

I used {1/8th mile time} X 1.5555 = 1/8th to 1/4 mile conversion. But I dont have enough timeslips at my finger tips to say what a 330 should yield in the 1/8th. What I can say is the car is leave good enough to put up a real good #.

I hear you on that. It's tough to get these smaller c.i. motor to be somewhat competitive with the big c.i. guys. It sure is fun though! thanks for the compliments! The funny part=the car doesn't even pick up the wheels...hahaha just leaves like a school bus!
