Default Stock G8 making 330 RWHP

Thank you RACEKRAFTERS. They did about 15 pulls today on my stock g8 and brought the original 291.00 rwhp to 327.27 rwhp by tuning for 93 octane, new timing, lower TQ management and new A/F ratios. by the way she gained 33 lbs of torque. 314.46 -> 347.44. i'll get the graphs up as soon as i find someone with a scanner. By stock i mean no mods besides the tune, no cai, no headers, no nothin...questions/comments?

Dyno Pulls done at 75.88*F, 30.16 in-Hg, 30% humidity, SAE .97

That's freakin awesome! How's it feel driving? I can't wait to get mine tuned. Just worried about blowing through tires...I'm sure they aren't cheap, lol.

Man, I never would have thought a bone stock G8 would gain 36 rwhp from ONLY a tune. Congrats man, I'd say you got your money's worth!!

couldn't be happier, the car does what its supposed to now...in A6 it feels just a little perky between 1-2-3...4-5-6 feels the same. but slap that bitch over to sport-A6/stick and the revs jump up 500 and the engine is begging you to step on the pedal...i also requested they leave 25-35% of torque management enabled so its nothing she cant handle. but wow what a difference it made, its a brand new car all over again. cant wait for cecil/MIR this weekend to get some real numbers. oh and about the tires...get this ****, its harder to get them to spin now...rolling hard on the throttle in M1 with TC off used to let the rear end go...now with the same throttle input i cant get them to spin.

Yup yup. Should get a bj's membership. They have 93 gas there and it's usually about 20 cents cheaper.

That's very cool! Not sure why it'd be harder to spin the tires though with more power and less TM.

^It's not that suprising. The LS1 Vettes were rated 350 flywheel and alot of them put down under 300 through an auto.

wow that's pretty good considering it takes full exhaust (LTs + 3" ORY + catback) for me to make that much.

plus it looks pretty dang good for a sedan.

There are TONS of places to get 93 around here. Pretty much anywhere aside from Sheetz (92) lol. I usually go to Hess.

Wait, maybe there's consolation in the fact that my LQ9 only put down 267....thru a truck drivetrain
