dyno found problems!! Well i have a ls2 shortblock in my 2000 z28 auto 3600 vig, 3.73 full bolt-ons.ls6 manifold, ls6 head, torquer v2 cam
Cars first dyno pull was about 394 hp running 120% duty cycle on the stock injectors 28lbs?
we were able to get 403hp at 127% duty cycle but the injectors are clearly maxed out.
I was thinking of going fast 92/92 and a 36lbs injector, question is; will this be enough on the fuel side? Will the 36lbs get me about 80-90% duty cycle with the adition to the fast 92/92?
I have also read on a few threads that once you have a maxed out injector and simply swap to a better one you can see hp gains. My A/F was at about 13.3-13.5 i believe so we may be able to go 12.9-13.1 with the fuel upgrade, this should get me

Do those fuel rails help out as well? They are advertised as high flow, so i was wondering if they were to help with fuel starvation if the injector is to small, or raise a bigger injectors abilities.
You have quite a ways to go before your rails start holding you back, like 300+ more rwhp.
Once your injectors hit 100%, you ain't getting anything more out of them.
The 42's are a great choice.

What was the fuel pressure doing on the dyno?? With that setup, I'm sure you need a pump as well. I would do a Racetronix with a hotwire kit and 42# injectors - tune it and be done with it...

I am currently running a G5X3, unported LS6's, LS6 intake,pp tb, 30lbSVO's, in my stalled (3600) A4.. Like you, i put down 403/405 to the wheels and the injectors held up fine.These numbers were prior to my freshly built RPM4 tranny.. i actually lost hp/tq 377/387 with the fresh tranny..
Fast Fwd to now...
Tranny is broke in, i am going tomorrow morning to install my FAST 90/90,85mm Maf(delphi), 85mm Lid, re-tune...
I will post the results tomorrow... For me personally, once i upgrade to cnc'd,PP LS6's, i will upgrade to the 42's (green tops) as well as an upgraded FP...
