torquer 3, 427 hp through a 9" with 4.11s
Finally got my car to the dyno to get it tuned yesterday after fixing some vibration problems I was having. Apparently I got a bent moser housing straight from moser... Anyway it put down 427hp, but the tuner said he wanted to fatten up the a/f a little bit just to make it a tad safer, so I walked out with 418hp and 377 torque.

Mods:
American Racing 1 3/4" headers, catted 3" ypipe, open cutout, stock slp dual/dual exhaust
torquer 3, slp pulley, stock slp blackwing lid, k&n filter, stock untouched ls6 intake, stock untouched throttle body
textralia oz700, viper output shaft t56, pst aluminum driveshaft, moser 9" with 4.11s
I was very happy with the numbers . I was honestly hoping to break 400 since I know I have a pretty beefy drivetrain. I took it to the 1/8th mile yesterday and was able to cut a 1.70 60' bogging really bad, but couldnt get it to shift after that. I need to bleed the clutch and I should be good to go for next week. I think it has mid to low 7s in the 1/8th at 93 or 94 mph. We shall see.

Wow, strong as hell with those drivetrain mods. If they're accurate, I don't think 93-94 in the 1/8 is unreasonable. I run 92 in the 1/8 with 400/367 through pretty much the same drivetrain and cutting low 1.6 60s, so your extra 20rwhp and 10rwtq should help assuming the curve looks good. But I also have a 3,650 race weight, not 3,750.
Then again, that 92mph is at Lebanon Valley, which pretty much sucks. I'd probably hit 93 or MAYBE 94 down at Etown or Atco.

Yeah my car is a fatty. I'm also running a lowered street suspension, koni SA shocks, eibach front springs, DMS rear springs. I'd be happy if I could cut 1.6 60s on that suspension.

What tires are you running? I'm cutting 1.62s to 1.64s on a 26x10.5x16 ET Street. Also, what gearing? I've got 4.10s with an MN12 trans (shorter geared). The gearing helps me off the line but also kills my traction. Those 60s are with the tires spinning and launching around 4500-5000. If I could launch at 6000+ like I want to and hook, I'd be pulling 1.5s no problem, but I'm gonna need some more suspension for it to hold.

Nice numbers cam only through cats and heavy drivetrain! What intake manifold is on the car out of curiosity?
How do you like the street manners of that camshaft for others wondering?

The car was a pain to drive untuned in LA traffic especially. It would buck and surge in traffic if I didnt drive it just right. It would stall once in a while, but I was usually pretty good at doing the brake/gas at the same time to keep it going. After the tune the surging is completely gone as well as the stalling problem. When I close my cutout I can barely tell that it is even cammed.
Here is the track video, I early shifted 2nd and missed 3rd and ran a 7.85 at 85mph.

You doing a second gear burnout and really heating those tires up? No reason those tires and that power with 4.11s shouldn't be hitting consistent 1.6 60s. Keep us posted!
EDIT: just reread it. Bogging will kill your 60' like that. What are you launching at? You nail the launch and 1.6s will be no problem.

The first run I made was my first pass ever on a slick tire. I had about 20psi in them and I dont think I warmed them up enough, launched too high and spun a bit. The 2nd run I had them at 17psi and I heated them up good, launched at a little lower rpm and bogged. I posted a few videos in my first post. And yes that is a 2nd gear burnout

With your extra inch of width and slightly longer gearing than me, I don't see any reason why you can't launch at 5000+ after a long second gear burnout with a REAL quick clutch release. If your suspension is setup right, it should hook and get you the hell out of there fast. I'd be looking for some 1.5 60s if everything is tweaked right.
Can't wait to hear some more results when you get it to the track next!

Cool. I've gotten my best results from about 16psi hot and launching around 4800 or so. Anything 5000+ and it kills the tires (first gear is REAL short with this transmission). Anything below 4500 and it will definitely bog unless you slip the clutch enough to fry it quick. Are you running the Z-grip or X-grip Textralia? Don't be afraid to beat the hell out of it; it can definitely handle it. And absolutely do a nice long second gear burnout. First gear is pretty much a waste of time on slicks with 4.10s.
