Those all-pro heads seem to make tns of power.. What is the price for a set of those heads for a 403ci motor?

Great numbers. It is good to see people still doing 383 combos. I did a 383 about 7 or 8 years ago with some Meaux ported AFR heads that did 490/445rw maxed out in my 02 Z06. It trapped a best of 132 with a 239/244 LSK cam. I think it was a miss match combo though. I got the heads second hand from FMS. They were originally set up for a solid roller motor. I had to change the valves back to the stock AFR ones with the appropriate springs. They ended up at measuring 253cc's and only flowed 320cfm at .600. They didn't really gain form there but didn't fall off till .700. I ended up making the same power and trapping the same later with a 244/248 XER cam and TSP 2.5 LS6 heads. I am sure that original solid roller motor was a monster. Larry really knows how to use a grinder. The Z weighed in at 3,400lbs. I was guessing this car at the same weight would trap higher with more power but the auto and actual traction could be hurting that a little. I was running DR's on my combo. Great job on the motor though. I can only imagine what it would make with stock gears and manual.
