Hey Damian, I hear you on the shifting. In my defense I was hung over like a SOB, and as previously stated, the cars new power was scaring the $hit out of me !!! I am getting a lot more comfortable though. The 10 1/2 hour ride home was sooooo fun. Especially when you roll up next to hot chicks and get the oohs and ahhs.

Picked up a new trick while at Vengeance. Has nothing to do with performance, but damn if I am not addicted corn on the cob off the grill !! Thanks for showing me how to do it right Ron !!

One think about Milan, is that they have great traction there. What rear tires are you running?

I have to disagree DOC !!

The track was slick as ICE !!! Terrible prep and we had awesome air that morning. It was cold enough for Snow flakes. Ran Nitto Drags 305 35 r 18 at 25 psi, 24 psi, 22 psi 20 psi and 19 psi. Never got any better as I lowered the temps. Small burn out and up in smoke. That was on my old 346 that was rated at 490/445 (In reality about 465 rwhp 425 rwt) Trapped 123.6 mph at 12.02

I have cut several 1.7x 60' times there with my '87 Camaro IROCZ with 295/35R18 BFG Drag Radials. I have a set of 315 Nitto's and I think that they suck for traction compared to the BFGs. Get different rear tires, think of it as a safety thing.

Was that roll-on a 2nd gear punch or 3rd?

Tell me about it. Thanks to Mikes tuning and recalibration of my 95mm tb I can actually manage my throttle input with a lot more accuracy. The old tune had it opening about 50% with a minor touch of the throttle ??? WTF were they thinking. Anyways, Mike@Vengeance got me straightened out, and I still can't believe how well the car drives. BTW, she loves the cold air that we are experiencing here in Michigan right about now. At speeds above 100 mph she feels like totally different, even more power. The VaraRam works !!!

1500 rpm with ZERO surging, bucking or hesitation, and a/c on going up a hill. Did you notice we were cruising along at 900 rpms in 6th gear and still had throttle response ??

Doug, we should meet up next Friday and you can get a run in with a friends ZR1 and another friend's Camaro. Camaro has gone 128 at lapeer and the ZR1 is a 130 mph car. Would be a great match to measure your car's performance. Let me know.

Is that code for you being a 6'4" 250 lb monster looking for a fight ?

Seriously, glad you didn't take it too personal.
