Race Proven Motorsports 580rwhp 520Tq CAM ONLY!!
This is the car that made 570 cam only before and i wanted to test the LSXR on it. We made a baseline today and it made 568(its 92 degrees in the shop) We left it strapped to the dyno and swapped intakes and im happy with the results.

a correctly spec'd out cam
it not unusual to gain 100 rwhp from cam only setups in ls1/6 motors, why would it be any different w/ the ls7
also i think its not common right now as to everyone just going straight to h/c setups or just mild cams

The big cams see around 550-570, like the Striker and QM600. Either way, nice to see a 10rwhp gain with the FAST - was the original intake ported? I'm guessing it was to be at 570. Also, was the FAST ported?

study the boards some more it been out since 06 an ls7 with all the bolt ons and cam with a spot on tune they can reach as high as 570 its been done before. Add a fast 102 intake and port it with a ported 102 NW TB and wala your at an easy 580 rhwp. Now send the heads to TEA and your over 600 rwhp.

I can't wait to see the higher CI motors with the ported 102 intake and ported TB make maybe 640 rwhp na maybe more? LG motorsports just made close to 700 rwhp with a 500ci motor with it must have been the 102 fast intake.

We tested a ported FAST on my heads/cam car that makes ~600rw and it was still a restriction according to the KPA readings. It picked up considerable power under the curve but nothing over 6000rpm. Maybe the 102mm TB will help.
