No I have the vrx4 cam. I do believe that my lift is higher. I am impressed with your numbers just thought that the heads you have will give you a little better numbers. Just run it and see what happens man

Numbers looks great, just look at what you are dealing with.
not enough fuel; who knows how muck you will pick up with the right amount of fuel
mustang dyno; you know it will read low
and hot temp's you know it will pick up quite a bit.

I say get bigger injectors and the tune fixed up then go dyno it on a dynojet on a cool night and see what it lays down. Or better yet take it to the track.

I thought that somebody around here had a used set of 30 somethings but they already got sold. I'll keep looking.

Congrats but you shouldn't be racing on those injectors. A new set of inj is only $400 new but you will need to retune for them which can double the cost as it will need a complete retune.

I'm sure your 60' wasnt all that good seeing as that is some decent MPH. Also, it's an M6, on Nittos, and I heard track prep was poor and the track surface temps were ridiculously high for December. But seriously, get some injectors before you race again. The car will likely pickup some power also. You should do the 255 pump and hot wire mod also from Racetronix at the same time. If you buy new inj, get the 42's. It'll give you some head room. Those and the pump will allow 600 rwhp safely down the road.

Be careful comparing dyno's, even between two Mustang dyno's. Now that you have a good place to tune, stick with the same place and stick with the same fuel.

If work doesn't pickup, never.

I really want to go out there and turn it up but the air just hasn't been right. I don't want to go out there and beat on the car for the sake of beating on it. Another reason that I haven't been out there is because my HPTuners MPVI box shorted a chip. So no logging until I get it back unless I borrow someone elses. I did pick up a new wastegate this weekend that should solve my "boost jumping around all over" problem and I got it installed today.

So to answer your question, I'll be out as soon as we get some near zero DA's or when someone donates some race gas and the admission ticket.

Aside from needing 42's, wouldn't using 7.350 pushrods possibly be hurting performance too? Comp's cams are a smaller base circle and usually a stock 7.4 or 7.425 pushrod is used with unmilled heads.. Just a thought.

Hmm well I am using LS7 lifters with the LS2 trays and I was under the impression that the LS7 lifters sit .050 further out than the stock LS1 lifters...hence needing a PR .050 shorter than stock.
