Default Ported L76 vs Ported Fast 102

this test was done using a 427 with WCCH ported l92's.The cam is very mild,i think with a wilder cam and more rpms, the intake would even shine more. The L76 intake was professionally ported with a ported 90mm tb.The FAST was ported in house and we used a NW 107mm tb.The intake was opened up to match the 107mm tb.

and they say the FAST doesn't work

safe to assume this is flywheel HP/TQ?

Impressive gains. What compression ratio on the motor?

Solid gains and definitely unbiased 3rd party stuff. Way to go Shawn.

That FAST is considerably lighter than it came out of the box.

The gains were mostly from the work done to the intake, not the TB change. IIRC, the TB contributed about 10 hp.

It works on a big cube engine and still needed porting to realize its full potential so we can still bash it if we want to.

It takes the total package to work, on the 364/370 it hasn't done anything.

427 Shawn Miller massaged FAST/107mm TB..656/614

It looks like Shawn managed to get the FAST to produce 35hp with the FAST. Not too bad,
