just added the fast 85 with some port work Seat of the pants difference! esp 4k+. I have not had it tuned or any new dyno numbers as we will put in the ls3 maf then retune but im already happy. The Fast is slightly louder than the ls6 intake lil more growl lol

any more info on the FAST 85? I have a TR224 @ 114 and PRC 2.5 5.3 Heads, numbers in sig. However I think something is awry in the valvetrain:

any more info on the FAST 85? I have a TR224 @ 114 and PRC 2.5 5.3 Heads, numbers in sig. However I think something is awry in the valvetrain:

Then take it apart its in 3 pieces and smooth the air transition areas out i dont have any pictures of it apart but here is some of the areas that are touched up normally

what more would you like? It starts out as a reg old 78mm fast the you do this to the mouth like my old LS6

Nope I never odered one, I'm perfectly happy with how this one drives so smoothly. He did say it would be under 20 degrees of overlap. I'm sure it would be some 23x/24x .6xx .6xx. 20 more hp is not worth it to me to swap for a bigger cam with worse driveability since this is my daily driver.

I had a cord seperate in my slick about a month ago which pretty much ended my season for the year. Been having clutch issues too, Friday (today) is the last day our track is open for the year, won't open back up until april-may. I feel the car has an 11.5-11.6 easy at full weight and this elevation. I've been getting ready for hunting so unfortunately the car is not my top priority right now. Next time it hits the track it will have a lot more power

Damn that must suck that the track is closing for the year already. Our temps here(Alabama) are still in the 90's for another couple of weeks. The tracks here stay open til december and open back up in March or April.
