Do they make a locker kit for 12 bolts? That might be a good choice for me.

hey sorry to bring up a old post but the weight you posted, is that with you in it?

I've never weighed it but my estimate is about 3400-3500lbs. I weigh 287 so it's pretty heavy moving out.
so a race weight of aprox 3750

yes detroit locker makes one i just had one put in my 33 spline stange rear end with a 3.55 gear not a cheap swap but needed

Correct. That's the raceweight. Approximately. The scales at the dragstrips always seem to be off by a bit. I need a precise scale to get the weight of the car nailed.

I still have the leather seats in it with all the motors and lumbar control. I also still have the sub-frame connectors in there which are no longer needed due to the chromemoly cage connecting the frames together. Full monsoon radio, speakers, amplifiers and electric antenna. Stock brakes also with aftermarket rotors and pads. Still has cruise control, power steering and ABS.

That's true. I was told back in the day that the LS6 intake wouldn't hold boost but I've never had an issue with it. 23PSI and still holding fine.
