AES 442ci LS stroker on the dyno
One of them for example:
4.165 bore 4.00 stroke
13.29 compression
255/273 .819/.799 cam
heads flow 365/264 @ .800 lift.
EA said it would make 647ftlbs @ 5,600 and 790hp @ 6,800.. Here is a link to his engine dyno results: http://www.small-block-chevy.com/434dyno.htm
Is it always dead on.. No, garbage in = garbage out. Is it a decent program to give you a good idea of what might work, yes.
Bore/stroke
Compression
Head flow data
All the perticulars of the cam, .050 durations, lift, intake center and lsa, if you degreed it differently than straight up.
Intake, TB
Headers, tube size and length, type of collector
Accesories
Fuel (91, 92, 100 octane)
Opperating temp
Anything and everything you can provide.
I found someone with same issue, they had it occur when they moved battery to trunk. When its grounded directly back to the battery with decent gauge wire seems to have no issues.
For WOT runs its a decent setup.

Doug's seems to be pulling up top better than mine did on the dyno. I did not have near as nice of an induction as you do. I had the GM single plane unported with an 850 for break in.
Looking forward to seeing the Orange thumper prowling the streets.
