Pump is walbro 255lph with racetronix harness. No fuel issues.
I injectors are 42lbers

That sounds like my old 402 combo. For comparison, I had a 1-3/4 header and 236/240-112-0 XER cam. I made 509/480 w/that setup. Your numbers look ok, but its hard to tell without cam specs. The tighter lobe cams hit hard and drop off fast.
Also, I didn't see which gears you have. If you put a large cam in, don't forget about gears, especially with tight lobes. The faster the engine spins up, the faster the air velocity coming in.
Did you get a chance to 1/4 mile it? You can certainly tell by the MPH whats up.
I'm not sure what to make of the Fast 102 yet. Seems a lot of guys are not getting the results I would have thought w/them.
