I agree. Does it run like 440hp car? I forget, do those dyno's give higher numbers than dynojets?

Does anyone track their car? Lol. After the numbers you need times since that's what counts. I gained 58 rwhp but went slower

Definitely a happy dyno for stock 243's/LS6 intake. Track will tell the true story. I would expect 420ish but the important thing is that you got that crap tune fixed.

I think everybody forgets that the "TUNE" makes you or breaks you in these cars! my tuner pumped out 414rwhp 390rwtq with a stock block, stock 241 heads, stock LS6 intake, pulley, water pump, stock injectors,etc.. mods were long tube headers, true duals,TSP lid,RPM 5 cam, patriot gold springs,255 lph fuel pump and a Yank 4K stall and my TUNER pulled those numbers out of it and I drive this car everday in tight tight traffic it has run 11.78@116 1/4 in july in texas on a 100 degree day so the ET should drop a bit in cooler weather? my Tuner also said a set of 4.10's lighter wheels and some weight loss(me and the car lol) we could touch a 10.99999999999 with cold air and a prayer which is good enough for me!

I just think people are skeptical because most people that spend 2k on a nice set of AFR's or TrickFlow's see these kind of numbers and to get that from just a stock head swap with no work at all done to the head itself is
****, if this was the norm, we'd all have 243's on top of our blocks

To the OP. The thing should run 10's or bottom 11's.

Report back with times.

So because he is building a new engine the ability to remember the track times disappears?

1. If you say you are going to do something in a thread do it. IE post track times with a combination so people will know, and it closes out a thread.

2. Why do people post things like man this is an old thread blah blah blah.

If you don't like getting updates from old threads unsubscribe. I love old threads popping up.

I would have to call shenanigans on those numbers. On the max side those heads may flow 270 CFM at .6 lift. Something just doesn't seem right when you have heads that have been CNC ported and they are making somewhere in the 420ish range with a larger cam. Even Texas Speed has said that with aftermarket heads and a M3 cam you are looking in the 440-450 range with a stock bottom end.
