Mail tunes are good for one thing, getting the car to run somewhat decent so you can drive it to get it's final dyno tune. Mail orders for the most part are dog ****. I don't care who's doing them. Don't rely on some bozo across the country to get a mail tune right, get it dyno tuned. Glad to see things ended up in your favor and the afr down to 12.

I'm just happy you got your AFR down into the mid 12's which is much safer. You should post up who you got that mail order tune from, because that was disaster waiting to happen. 15:1 afr is a ticking time bomb, and shitty for power as you learned first hand.
I'd say more than likely the mail order tune was fine( since it was Frost). I'd be looking at a bad Mass air more.

My bad, I didn't realize the car had mechanical issues.

I didn't say that. With these cars getting older we see a ton of them running lean. Most are from Mass air problems and some are from sensors. (of course some are the tuners fault too) I'm just throwing this out there as a possible reason. Never seen the car so I can't tell for sure.

Also, pretty sure the mailorder was from Frost but could be wrong on that too.

Id still like to see power numbers at 12.9:1 AFR 12.1 or 12.2 which it seemed it was at is way to rich! What was the total timing?

Not sure on the timing I wil have to ask him. I thought 12.5 AFR was the target at WOT? Besides the v2 i have LS6 intake / Pace Setter Longtubes / Pace Setter ORY / Magnaflow Catback /3500 Stall / 160 Thermostat / SLP Lid / K&N Airfilter / Smooth Bellow / Aftermarket Tune / MSD ignition all through an A4.

I'm guessing the stall was unlocked this run too?

Looks a lot better! What brand stall you using?
