Explaination For These Dyno Numbers???
First thing I'd worry about is getting the afr back down in the 12.5:1 range. 15:1 will melt pistons and cause enough knock to break off a ringland.
Chances are good that if you have that lean of a tune, you're getting knock and pulling a considerable amount of timing.
Before you install that cam, get the motor running right.

I'm just happy you got your AFR down into the mid 12's which is much safer. You should post up who you got that mail order tune from, because that was disaster waiting to happen. 15:1 afr is a ticking time bomb, and shitty for power as you learned first hand.
