I don't have manifolds any more so the only diff. would be the 241's vs my larger cam, sounds about equal to me.

I made 354/366 on Norris's Dyno. A buddy on here LS1Freak did 360/371. Both A4s with 10 bolts at the time.

Numbers mean nothing..

In my full weight h/c car I was running 7.3s@94 1.50 short times barely spinning.. with around 405 rwhp my other h/c race weight of 3200 was running 7.2@97 1.6 short spinning its *** off.

Numbers mean nothing..

The 01-02 have the LS6 intake's and the 241 heads which are slightly better than the 853 heads that come on the 98-00. The difference in the heads is probably 5ish rwhp im guessing.
The heads are definitely a little better and the LS6 intake on a full bolt on car is normally worth 5 HP, if not more, over the LS1 intake.
I thought I read that the 01-02 exhaust manifolds flow a are a little better than the 98-00 also.
IIRC, it started with the 00 car that got a slightly better exhaust manifold, although not a factor here.
So this all adds up to more power for the 01-02's.

@ Lemons: I understand that rwhp figures are only good for seeing improvements mod to mod and for tuning issues, I believe my trap speeds are indicative of my rwhp though. Would you say a little over 350 rwhp correlates with a near 114 mph trap?

I would say yes thats doable depending on the driver, race wieght of the car & DA of the track. At my track I think it would take more than 350rwhp to do 114mph though. A guy I know with a H/C camaro & stalled A4 only traps 111-112 at my track and he makes 370-380rwhp. Thats with a full street setup, heavy aftermarket wheels and in the summer heat. Ive also seen a full bolt on 6 speed T/A trap 112 in the summer though.

I MAY have more hp than even I'm guessing since I'm trapping in the 113-114 area with 17 inch torque thrust M wheels, not quite sure how much they weigh compared to the old salad shooter 16s I had previously. Hmm...

I put down 372rwhp with the car that was trapping 94mph. This was on a dyno that has been proven to be low, everyone says add 20-25rwhp for a normal Dyno... which for my mods would have been right on.

What are you trapping in the 1/8 with sixty and et if you know it? I cant calculate 1/4 times because i dont run it.

Only slip I found was pre-ls6 intake, stall, and tires it reads: 8.25 @ 86.2 mph, also done in late June in 95+ temp and 85% humidity. 60 ft was 2.1109.

Nevermind.. Your trap matches your rwhp pretty close.
your converter efficiency will effect your mph also as well as gears, with negative impact on your rwhp numbers.
For those traps I would give a full weight auto around 335rw, all cars are different though.

Sorry you confused me slightly, you said my trap matches my rwhp, and said that I should be around 335 rwhp? Are you going on the different dyno rule? The converter is a Yank 3200 which from my knowledge is VERY efficient.

Correct, unless I got confused! I'm trying to do this from my phone so going back and forth isn't so easy as another tab lol..

Gimme current trap and rwhp with mods and previous trap rwhp and mods, if you don't have one of those ok.

Mods since that run are new plugs and wires, ported throttle body, ls6 intake and the 3200 stall, I also removed my AIR pump and removed my MAF screen and blocked off the stock intake to help improve my FTRA efficiency. Almost forgot to mention powerbond 25% UDP, and maybe another tune to pull whatever I can from the A/F difference. I am also thinking about removing the rear seats, kinda out of ideas after that... On the dyno gave me 355 rwhp, current traps in 1/8th were 7.85 at 89 mph, done in September 2010. Not too hot down here then but not optimal weather for good DA.
