Default 427 f1c 832rwhp video

car dynoed the other week. it made 832. converter is flashing to 6200, its a turbo 400. i wish the converter wasnt so loose. i will have to have it tightened up. only turning the car to 7000. i think we ended up with 17 lbs of boost. timing on about 17 degrees. 80 lbs injectors, we had them maxed out, so thats all the power we could make

Sounds like the converter is eating your power, most converters start eating power if they flash less then 2000rpm below peak power, 800 rpm is not good lol.

^Ehhh your half right, it's peak tq. not peak power where you want you verter to flash to. Really you want it to flash several hundred RPM below peak tq.

Yeah i guess what i ment to say was 2000 rpm below shift point, just below your torque and needs to be tight enuf that you drop the rpm atleast 800 when you shift. Thats what iv picked up from most converter builders but each ones a little different...
And damm it shur looks like it pulls hard on the dyno, bet that will be a fun ride..

You got it together pretty quick over the past few months. Let me know when you head out to the track and I'll bring mine along.
