Not to **** on your parade, but it looks like the car actually peaked around 465 rwhp without the spike at the end. Still nice results, though.

You want a gold star for pointing that out? I'm sure your not the first one to notice but you are the first to mention it. Let me swap on regular street tires and see what happens? Either that or your forgetting these are 243s not aftermarket castings so unless you have anything useful to point out then

Lol - even for 465-ish it's good results. I honestly didn't notice when I first saw the graph but it probably does give an extra 5-7 based on the scaling. Like you mentioned lighter wheels/tires would probably get that back. FWIW I would be very pleased to make 465 w/ my AFR 205s and my slightly smaller cam.

Damn good numbers there. Everyone said I was full of **** when I posted 480/453 on my M6 LS2 car with the 243 heads still on it. They can make some big power.

Killer number OP! Goes to show you that the ol' 243's can put the power down, when done right, regardless of what some might say.

Nice work!

Went to the track today. Made 3 passes total. First 2 passes I spun all over the track and got sideways a few times. Last and best pass was 11.79 @ 124.69 mph w/ 2.01 60ft. Nitto 555r's were bald and down to about 12psi on my last pass. Air filter was still in and I didn't powershift at all because I was just trying to make a clean pass for the day. I'm happy with the results and after deployment hopefully I'll have a 9" under it with some 4.30s or 4.56s and 28" tires.

I am having one of my buddys upload the video to youtube and then I'll post a link here.

Nice results! Just curious....do you know the flow numbers on the heads?

You sure have a good mph on your 1/4 time. I bet it does get sideways down the track. With the 9" rear and sticky tires, I have no doubt of seeing deep 11's.......hell maybe even high 10's

No flow numbers for my actual heads.. there is some flow numbers listed for the cnc work Advanced Induction did on there website with they said doesn't vary much from head to head so go by that for reference. Flow numbers don't mean anything tho.

I think with a 9" rear 28" tire and 4.56s and a good bit of weight reduction I can hit high 10s depending on 60ft of course.

Enjoyed meeting you yesterday Jesse. Strong looking and running car Looking at your slip I see you picked up 27mph on the backend of the track. That is STRONG and is definitely indicative of the power you are laying down Hope your deployment goes well
