MAF is connected to MTI CAI or Calloway Honker

yeah definitely, my out of the box milled TFS 215s have treated me very well...just put down 497rwhp through a locked a4, 346 sbe, and the afr was going lean up top from 5k on up...so with a touch will be over 500rwhp...

I guess I'm not understanding.. Why is that?

What is wrong with the tq/hp graphs crossing at 6200?

Not "wrong" per se, but when HP and TQ are graphed on the same scale, they will ALWAYS cross at 5252 RPM. This is because HP is a function of torque x RPM. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Horsepower

When have you seen a Duramax make more power than torque? The only time it will ever happen will be after 5250 rpm.... Great results OP.

Here it is.. picked up 21rwhp and 21rwtq...NOT BAD!!!
First run was just a base tune just to get my car to run right..
The second was a more in depth tune for LS3 MAF and Intake.
Do you have a graph of your previous 485rwhp dyno and then a graph of you 506rwhp dyno layed over the old graph?

I asked the same question to the tuner when I got it done. They don't save their runs, they only save the tuner files.. I also wanted it also.. BUT, I do have my other run and I will scan and post it up.. Same dyno.. Same Tuner..

As stated above. When have you seen a diesel engine make more power than torque? It doesn't matter if you have a 2 cylinder subaru engine making 50 hp or a V10 Viper engine making 1000 hp. The Hp and torqe will always cross @ 5250rpm's

not when it comes to calculating HP and TQ. The graph will always ALWAYS cross at 5252rpm if the engine revs that high and both tq and hp are shown on the same scale. ALWAYS

This is why dyno #'s don't mean dick to me!! Sometimes tuners will screw with the dyno or dyno the car in the wrong gear to make it seem like the car is making insane power but then you go to the track and the car is dog slow.

Not saying that this is the case at all but I've seen this happen more than once.. Take it to the track and lets see what she'll do..

SERIOUSLY GUYS!!!..

Look at my graph.. The HP and TQ side bars are in different positions.. NOTHING Is wrong my the dyno or the did anyone **** with it.. I just watch like 25 cars before me dyno and nothing was done..

If you bring my TQ side and match the 500hp to 500tq.. it will cross at 5252>>>
