Great thread, and about the heads. AFR 215's ?? TEA cnced ?? any flow #'s ?? Runner cc after worked ?? Chamber size ?? You say your 11.95 Static and 8.95 Dynamic ?? Does thing every see the street ?? What the lowest octane you've be able to run without pulling time ??

I apoligize for all the damn qustions, its just that I'm in a similiar build and Geoff and I are running cam specs (LSL/HUC) on my combo. And your build has a lot of valuable info.

Again, congrats on a fabulous build.

And I guess I'll be needing to rent that Flycutting tool soon. Whats the rules ??

The heads are 57.5cc 215 trickflow not AFR...they are untouched besides the standard cnc job TEA does...running cc is the same as out of the box 215 TFS...no massaging on these

it will run on 93, I have done a few summer highway pulls on only 93 in the tank with it 80* out and no knock...something to keep in mind these heads has very efficient chambers, and I am running a .040 gasket to tighten up quench, I also rounded off the flycuts with some sandpaper so there were no hot spots...all of these help to reduce knock

it sees the street all the time, that's how I get to the track 160 mile round trip

no converter is needed, I have gone 1.291 60ft and that was with only 129mph and less tq...hoping to go 1.27-1.28 this year in the cold air...

here is a vid with a 1.30 60ft, this is after the travel limiters...it has been on the bumper already with less power...the ss4000 works nicely

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HjJ6n...e_gdata_player

I tried some bigger stalls from yank, SS and pt and they lost to much efficiency on the topend...

With the sealed ram air, what do you figure HP to be at the top end when going through the traps?
