There are no plans for a cam or spring swap. The customer doesn't want to get too crazy with this truck being his DD. We are going to do a few things later this season as mentioned in an earlier post.

pulley swap
customer HE reservoir for more cooling
retune
C6 Z06 brakes

anyone make a supercharger for the 4.8? they always seem to post kits for the 5.3, but not the 4.8. I like the gain here and would like to something similar in the future for my truck.
I would assume it all bolts up the same, but I'm guessing the tune would be different?
The 4.8 seems like a better boost canidate as it has lower compression to begin with.

A 02 LS6 cam and springs would retain stock idle and driveability but would add an easy 25 rwhp and carry the power up top better. Just saying..

4.8/5.3 is the same kit and just depends on the actual truck

oh I know he just doesn't want to tear into the motor unless he is putting a new motor in it. I do not see that being the case anytime soon.

Nice work! I'd be very happy with that truck. It looks nice to. But I would be pissed if I got my *** handed to me by a Avy. lol Sleeper
