[QUOTE]edcmat-l1 Your tuner is an idiot if he didn't think bottle pressure was an issue. That's one of the most important elements of nitrous tuning. Everything in a nitrous tune revolves around bottle pressure. It needs to be dead nuts consistent to tune properly. i kinda have thought this from the start, even with all the good points said

You never spray a car without knowing the bottle pressure. If the gauge doesn't work -you DO NOT spray the car.

Come on man.

Ok I have to clarify, I was wrong my tuner was right. My gauge wasn't accurate. I put a new one on today. After talking with him today I now realize we were not on the same page. He was confident on the bottle pressure because he just personally filled my bottle. The pulls were made with 950psi, Im starting to think I have trash in a line somewhere. I put this combo together with nitrous in mind so I was expecting it to be more responsive on the bottle! My 100, and 200 numbers were about half of the shot size power wise but the fact that a 200 made more than a 250 baffles me..

The bottle was filled but freezing cold had Teribble pressure and I think it was spinning some on the rollers.. Hopeful someone can chime in on my graphs, they look horrible. It's a nitrous outlet 102 plate.. Everything is set up somewhat for the nitrous... Just is not hitting hard.
Was running pretty rich also

Na 524/472
100shot 566/501
200shot 661/593 78n 46f also tried 44f didn't change much
250 shot 641/ 585??? 88n 46f

Going by your previous statement above, you could not have had 950 psi. Not with a cold bottle, unless it was overfilled. And even then, without an accurate gauge, you CAN'T know how much pressure you have in it.

Just saw your update, glad to see that removing the restricted part of the exhaust put you way over 500whp, like I knew it would with that wonderful cam.

Are you running fuel pressure switch....
if so you are maby loosing fuel pressure on the bigger shots, and it´s cutting off
i would jet it down more f41 or maby f38 atleast try it

fuel pressure loss could be the reason additional to too low nitrous pressure , it should be in the 950-1050 range

i have similuar setup in my Vette
LS2 404ci TFS215cc 11.4:1 CP 248/254 cam FAST92/90 kooks 1"7/8
nitrous outlet 92mm plate kit and a standalone cell

We dont have dyno here but my best NA run is 10.85@130
and on 200 shots N78 F35 18°timing i went 10.1@143

good luck

I have the same setup in my 2002 Z28 LS2 402ci with TFS 215cnc heads with some work done to them, ported fast 90mm intake and nw 90mm tb. ARH 1 7/8 headers. my cam spec @50 are 246/255 and 600+ lift on a 113+2LSA My car has ran a best of 10.39@129mph with a 1.41 60ft 6.60@103mph 1/8th. This is through a full weight, 3500+ race weight, th350 tranny with a 5000rpm stall.

I made 3 passes that night and that was the first time running the car with the new setup. The first pass I lifted after the launch because it was heading straight towards the wall. on that pass I went a 10.57@128mph, 2nd pass I went a 10.40@128mph and 10 minutes later I went 10.39@129mph. So the car has more left in it. I just need to keep messing with it.. Oh and btw this is on pump gas..

Took my car back today, everything went perfect... except I still have some kinda bad connection showing up... The weird thing is I added a LPE timming controler, so we pulled 4 degrees and unhooked the fuel, an left the bottle closed, made a pull to make sure it was pulling timming when the nitrous activated, and got the same wavy results on motor.. I think I may have my racetronix hotwire kit wired wrong or sometheing its a DW300 fuel pump.

Since last Nitrous dyno I added:
UD pulley
4inch bellow over 3inch
lighter Racestar wheels
-6 Main line
NO race line from plate to nozzle

before a 200 and 250 both made 661, 663

This time, 150 made 693/700 -6 degrees
250 made 839/873 (I need a slightly larger fuel jet) was 88N, 46F @ 55psi -10degrees, Bottle psi 1050 full bottle

Numbers seems crazy...

Input please because the graph still looks crazy and I want to figure this out
