The dyno was on std corrected. Just thought I would add a few more pictures of the car.

Dyno is a tuning machine, nothing more.

NO stock automatic with a lid is going to run what 340Rwhp should run like at the track.

My car puts down 370Rwhp... I would guess I would put a length or two between us.

Nice car though, color is perfect!!

You know how I know he is making **** up?

All M6s come with 342s... 273s in a manual would be like having 2.30s in an auto.

Can bone stock ls1s run 12s? Sure.. Amazing drivers/traction/DA!

I agree to a certain degree, but with me owning 20+ 4th gens in the past 12 years, this car is a freak, it runs very well, everyone that has rode in the car is like wth? I can not say what the history is with the car, I just picked it up 3 weeks ago. It was clean and stock, just what I was looking for.

There has got to be something else done to it in order for it to put down 340rwhp, no way a lid and some "adjustments" are going to net you that much, like I said before, that's bolt-on LS1 power. There's no such thing as a freak, especially one to this extent. Nothing against you at all man, I'm just sayin...

Maybe someone ported the heads and slipped in a sleeper cam, happens all the time.

You should spend a day cleaning that engine bay..

I believe you about the HP numbers, Though not all dynos read the same, You should definately run your car at the track. bet you could get a good time since your car seems to be running strong.

The car for some reason had low timing when we first pulled the file, The car took 6 degrees of timing down low. As far as freaks, my last 01 vette had a custom ground cam, LS6 intake, 3500 converter, supporting boltons, 175 shot and ran 10.30 @ 136 mph consistently on 18" BFG drag radials. I don't think that's the norm for that car either?

My boys 01 ss camaro,m6 with only a loudmouth,160 stat and a lid put down 355hp on a jet. he ran in the 12's easy all day. With 4.11's,traction and boltons his car went 12.15 at 113 or 114 i believe. His car was crazy for no heads, cam headers or ud pulley. The dynojet he did this on i was also on and it had my combo at 395hp and speed inc's dyno had the same combo with NO changes at 423hp. See fellas,a dyno jet can say anything and it don't mean ****. His car prob did 340hp.

I saw this too, but i figured it was either a an A4 to M6 swap, or someone flubbed up their gear ratio vocabulary...

In for the track results.

^ ls1's can go 12's stock with a good driver I think the record is 12.69 with a dr so that could be stock depending on how **** you are about "stock" but ya op I'd say that dyo went a little happy if you take it to the track and it traps 110 like most auto bolt on ls1's then you might have some merrit but I bet it traps around 106 and the 311 or 320ish hp figure is accurate.

I'm so lost right now. The Coors Light probably isn't helping.

Actually 12s is very believable, a guy for down here in louissiana has a stalled auto with a tune lid and gear, runs high 11s on slicks.

I ran a 13.1 with lid only at 106. 2001 auto SS with paper filter on cheap street tires. Now i have longtubes, ypipe, slp catback? Oh n a k&n filter if that helps. Have not got it tuned but hoping to hit 12.80s atleast with a proper tune on some sumitomos.
