Great results with 60cc and small cam , I did the same setup for on of my customers for his LS1 but with milled to 59cc and MS4 112 made 470rwhp through 3.2 gears , I know those heads tested on 1-7/8 CFM @600lift but hes running hokker 3/4 headers , It will peak more with 1-7/8 headers , i replaced his cam to custom grind 246/252 110 LSA and run 3.7 with colder NGK TR7 plugs and low timing for nitrous tune he pulled 450RWHP and 250HP he made 700RWHP / 695RWTQ .

Great results !

462rwhp translates to about 550 hp on the flywheel which is outstanding looking at your small cam.

Good numbers! What size are the valves turned down to and would there be any benefit to running a hollow stem sodium filled exhaust valve???

The valve sizes are 2.04 intake and 1.575 exhaust. I am not sure about the exhaust valve helping.

Actually, these two dyno sheets are of the SAME RUN!
Look at the file number 9inch_007.drf

So there is no Closed / Open Cutout comparison. This is one run file, showing the SAE and STD differences.

That's insane man. I dynoed 466/416 but with a 240/244 cam. Quite a difference. I myself have thought about having my cylinder heads reworked with the lighter valves myself and going to a custom cam.

Thinking about doing a SD tune. Think there are any gains to be had? Maybe a bigger lid at the same time?

i did my car with a sd tune, very happy with the insane throttle response, and the lack of restriction in the intake.I have hp tuners so buying a bigger mass air sensor was more expensive than just buying a file i could use to convert to sd

Nice, I have a very similar setup...228/232 111lsa, TEA stg 2 heads, fast 102/102, 1 7/8 headers yadda yadda and dynoed 457/420.

There will be barely any gains in a bigger lid, if any at all. I have the ftp 104 lid and 100maf and the lid opening is really no bigger than other aftermarket. Im in the same boat, hitting the peak naturally aspirated potential for these mid-range cams.

You can still make the car much faster with the power you have - step up to a 4k stall, some suspension mods, and a dedicated drag tire setup.

Dont feel like messing with the transmission again. Seems like everytime I change something it breaks. I am just going to hold on to the current trans/converter combo. I did order 3.75 gears so those will be going in shortly.

Making more power is a great strategy for breaking the trans too haha. Suspension and driveline mods will get you going faster than chasing a few bolt-on changes here and there.

The rear suspension has the QA1 adj shocks, the spohn anti-roll drag bar, adj torque arm, and lcas. The only front suspension is I removed the sway bar. Honestly I hope the transmission breaks, its been such a piece of junk. When it does break I am starting fresh I dont even want to use the housing. Not sure what else I can really do as far as bolt on changes. Any sugestions?
