All I really care about is how it does at the drag strip. I have no idea what my race weight is but I've done a lot to lighten it up. Still have the carpet, radio, dash, inside panels, speakers, etc. No more A/C though.
I've been wanting to upgrade to one of the big cams out there and get a really good set of heads to match. Might as well get the bigger intake and TB too. However, I've been dissappointed with the response, or lack there of, from some of our vendors. I've asked three of the top vendors to send me a quote for the above mentioned mods and have received no response from any of them. I guess they all have so much business they don't need another $5 grand+ more.

I missed where he asked for specifics such as,12 bolt,4:10s.All my numbers are in my sig but the most important and TRUE test is the 1/4 mile which will happen in 2 weeks.Dyno numbers dont mean **** to me in fact I dont like dynos, they seem to eat automatics up.
I have no idea what it will run but 11.0s with 395 rwhp LOCKED vs 430 UNlocked should put it into the 10s.BTW-my Yank has always had about a 10 rwhp diff lock to unlock.

Car has been down since last November. It will run exactly as it was set up with the old Absolute Heads/224 cam in just a bit more power.I want to add a FAST intake and 90mm TB,do something with that restrictive FLP Y pipe and get it retuned but not until I get some 1/4 mile passes as is.

This thread was wanting info on who has hit 440 with an A4. JFM did, period. Just because you're willing to settle for 425, don't knock those who are willing to push the envelope to achieve 440+.

Spanky I think u need to rethink your post
JFM did it threw OPEN HEADERS,I did it threw a cutout and a y attached to the car last yr.(Not taking anything away from JFM)
I made 441RW over a yr ago...
I lost over 10RW once I added the 12-bolt.
Wanna know what I think of my dyno numbers.
BIG DEAL,They dont mean squat if the car dont run....
If JFM puts a 12 bolt in his car it'll drop 10RW and if he puts his Y back on it'll drop another 10 easy(I think he actually lost like 17 with it on)
I agree with u some guys push the envelope as I'm one of them as is JFM.
He is running a stout setup with Jays killer heads/GX3,U figure if he loses 25RW from his 446 number (421) doing what I just said then once he locks it back up he'll make 440RW again, more if he runs it w/open headers
Again like JFM sez, dyno's are a joke for a auto.
Its a tuning device,nothing more.
The GX3 is in the high 230's to low 40's with over 600 lift.
Tell ya what Spanky lets see once the specs are out,If I'm wrong I'll appoligize to u toot sweet but if I'm right u have to do the same for me..
In no way am I knocking LG
There stuff ROCKS!!!
Cya buddy...

Now you come up with some 447 number and add the 5% difference I spoke about and come up with a 470 number to try and justify your stupidity.
I noticed the play with numbers also. He'd make an excellent politician!
These big high horsepower cams that are being mentioned, does anyone have track numbers that justify the horsepower they are putting down? Just curious.

What do you want me to say Im just making up the #'s as I go along now? Bottom line is according to your 5% theory if completely accurate for a 200r4 that trevors running would equate to around 470 in a manual car.
