No one is going to come in here and say these #'s suck; some of the heads are great and some aren't, the problem is consistency.

Just curious, what compression/timing are you running, and do you have a dyno sheet to post?

Tally STFU.. Youre just as much a PP nuthugger as anyone else is for TEA. Both shops have people that support them. Its bullshit comments like yours that keep the flame wars going.

BTW, congrats on your #s. Looks like a stout setup.

Yeah those are nice numbers. I'm looking at that same setup for my H/C but then I saw TSP has hand finished race prep versions of the PP LS6's that i think i'm gonna get. Might also get their new Magicstick v2

rice eater be carefull that Magic stick 2 needs relief cuts in the heads i tryed the magic stick one in mine and that does not work either
i will try to scan the dyno sheet and get it up

as far as PP i would never deal with any one else Terry has been such a help

BTW there are bigger numbers coming from this set up as soon as i get time to do a few more things

Great numbers!!

Thats through a 12 bolt too

No one is going to come in here and say these #'s suck; some of the heads are great and some aren't, the problem is consistency.
Verbs, How do you know some of the heads aren't good? Have you flowed them? Had them in your hands?

In some of the lower dynoing combos how do you know there isn't something else going on besides the heads?

Look at JS. He was worried about the short, whether or not the cam was advanced etc. He was unhappy with his new numbers but picked up over 20RWHP with a RETUNE on an already Cartek tuned package.

Most of the time it is not the heads at fault but some other problem in the combo that needs to be identified and fixed.

I think you need to look at the net gain before and after mods/tuning. Drive in and dyno the car. throw in the heads/cam, tune and redyno. If you gain 80-110 HP (depending on cam) you are doing really well.

i still dont understand why PP users are compelled to prove something. all i see now is 'PP heads did this and that'. honestly , i could careless about dyno #s. we would be more impressed with track times.

but congrats on the good #s,if that makes you feel better.

p.s.i am not flaming you or PP, i am just tired of all posts about PP users trying to prove something with good dynos, or trying to make an excuse when they have shitty #s.

..and i dont have TEA heads. i have GTP S2+ 5.3.

There are a lot of great track times from all the sponsors including PP. Look at Camarocain or Trevor etc.

Talk about nut hugging, you can't help but worship Patriot every time their name comes up. Good numbers are good numbers, I don't believe you'll find TEA customers slamming this one.

Those are STOUT numbers,U have a killer setup 2000.My car put down 35RW less threw a A4 which is right on par with your numbers given my 224 cam.

All the shops on here put out decent numbers given the package.

Chris I actually picked up 13RW PEAK over my Cartek tune.
But I'll get the sheet scanned,u wont believe the mid numbers

Good luck with the new setup..

The answers are yes and yes....didn't flow them personally was there to watch them get flowed...and of course I don't need to go into details on Todd's heads again. I'm not going to go any further into detail on this forum. In addition, I've seen too many people with what I call disappointing #'s post here.
