Wow, you have done it again my man. Those are almost exactly the same numbers the 408 YSI at 14lbs made that I did. I did find one little issue with my build that probably didn't cost anything but you never know. Great work.

That is cool!! Any reason why you didn't do a 383? Just wondering if there would be any difference, besides the parts, on power.

Customer wanted to go the cheapest route possible and make 750 rwhp.

Missing 4th gear and the meth failed pulling timing back to 4 degrees and adding fuel.

10.7@131, not too bad considering.

Going to do some suspension mods and do a rental soon.

I see that you are using the PE fuel adder versus IAT and IAT spark in case the meth fails like it did to add the fueling back into the tune that the methanol would normally carry itself along with pulling timing if the IAT's rise.

IMO that is the best and most effective fail safe you can have with methanol injection.

To make it work properly though in case of emergency you have to have enough fuel injector and fuel pump to take over the load of fueling that the methanol would of carried itself. As long as you're able to cover that amount of fuel with the injectors and pump you're golden and there is no possible way to hurt the motor if and when the methanol pump fails.

I don't see many tuners using the IAT adder only the IAT spark, but kudos to you for doing it. Works like a charm.

You guys got a Tick Master in that thing?

What's cheap? I have an LQ4 that I'm going to put a 4.000 stroker crank into along with new rods and forged slugs. I was figuring on GMMP CNC LS3 heads, a FAST 102 intake/tbi. I haven't settled on a cam yet. I've always been a naturally aspirited guy, but I've seen the awesome power with a D1SC and a turbo's waste gate can do. It's all going into a 1978 Z28 street car.

Jeez. I guess I've been out of the loop for too long (just bought another LS car after being away for 5 years) but I was under the impression that the stock aluminum blocks squirmed around too much at anything over 550rwhp or so?
