I have yet to see them. ARH, KOOKS, TSP, Pacesetter, Grotoyohann, BBK, Edelbrock, even EBAY are all measured that way. As far as I know its the standard...Exhaust ubing is measured I.D which is why your 3" y pipe will slide OVER your 3" header collector. I haven't seen hookers in person but I'm 99% positive they would be mesured the same way. Edelbrocks also have a 3.5 collector and are def measured to the O.D ask some sponsors to confirm

really? thats why we measured our pacesetter 1 3/4 and they were 1 3/4 on the inside, same as a set of kooks my buddy has which were 1 7/8 and i think a set of qtp(could be wrong) but they measures inside 1 3/4 as they claim.

where did you measur exactly? Its hard to measure at the collector or flange because those holes are enlarged to allow the pipes to fit inside them so you will naturally get a larger measurement. My buddies pacesetters were just under 1.75 i.d in the actual tubes and same with the case of a set of kooks I looked at. My 1-7/8" arh measured 1.82" i.d. You can call the header companies to verify but header primaries are usually measured to the outside while exhaust tube is measured i.d.

Your tsps were probably fine but just for future info
