I really like the TFS heads with the bore size that your engine has. With a 4.030" bore the large valve of the LS3 heads begins to be shrouded by the cylinder wall between .300"-.0400" of inch lift. Of course that is usually right in the meat of the lift curve and where most heads reach peak acceleration, or at least heads that have been optimized for a hydraulic roller in a street application.

I really like a 2.08-2.10" intake valve diameter for the 4.030" bore, but the 2.16" stuff can still make good power it just needs more attention to the camshaft specs as they are more finicky to valve events and overlap.
