low numbers
well here are the sheets you sent me to post for ya. . you are running an ls3 intake just with the edelbrock 90mm tb. With a good tune ( and possible straightening out the maf placement/ intake tract) i'm willing to bet it picks up a good bit but i personally don't think 430+rwhp is going to be attainable with the restrictive exhaust. With a cam more geared towards your heads and a better exhaust it is easily done i'd bet

Sometimes you are just limited with what you can do.
If the A/F reading is correct at the bottom of the graph, there is some tuning work that can be done which might bring up power.
