Don't worry about dyno results. My old big block only made 353 hp at the wheels. That was with a 4200 stall, unlocked TH400, and a 12-bolt rear. No manual trans below 450whp could catch me at the track. It made 550 HP on the engine dyno untuned months before.

Not sure of duty cycle, I had read that stock fuel rails and pump would be fine until I pushed over 500rwh.

good point... stock fuel pump could be weak too... with stock 28.8# injectors... I'm at 93% duty cycle on just my top end ls6 swap.

How much are your heads milled? What length pushrods? What are your springs installed at? What kind of springs ?

Don't get caught up in the numbers, track is the place for that. My car dynoed 365 at the wheels, and I was devastated after all of the time and money i put into it. I went to the track a month later and haven't worried about the low dyno since.

Stock heads and 4000 stall auto irs rear actually that makes decent power, I think you're losing 22-25%, motor probably makes over 500hp which is pretty good for heads flowing 255cfm! Let go of the unrealistic expectations!
