Looking to turn this thing into a max effort car that can come as close to making 500 rwhp and run high 10's on motor.
Well, if you go with a single plane style intake you'll need a serious drive train to handle the launches you'll need to get the car to 60' like it should.

With the single plane you're going to need to launch it at 5500-6500rpm to get it to E.T. like it should.

Really you're going to have to do that either way with the Fast or with the single plane.

It looks like the 235@.050" intake lobe the SNS Stage 3 uses has nearly identical tappet lift @TDC on a 109 ICL as your 227@.050" intake lobe does on a 106 ICL. In a perfect world that would mean your P to V would be the same on the intake valve.

Without verifying though it's just a best guess.

How would this cam do in my LS6 in my '02 Z06? Would it be too big?

The one good thing about the LS6 is that it has more compression than the LS1 which works to the benefit of this larger cam and it's IVC event.

What kind of power have you seen them make in a ls6? Wondering if it'd be worthwhile to swap out my streetsweeper ht for this cam

I would think the Polluter v2 and TFS 205s could be a bolt on 480+rwhp combo for an LS1 with insane throttle response.
You're making me want to sell my 243s and go with the TFS 205s instead of sending out my 243s for porting

If I wasn't planning to go bigger down the road, I would have done TFS 205s... plus I don't think they were readily available last year when I bought my heads.

got the car back today... i near as makes no difference hit my goal of 500rwhp so i'm really happy about that... final numbers were 499.97rwhp and 468tq.. not really sure how to post the graph but you were right about it holding tq flat... from 4000 to 5500 tq is flat at 460 then barely drops til redline... feels like i added a turbo as soon as 3000 rpms comes around... thanks again for the help Martin!!

just a dynojet... i dont think its loaded... i put 431 hp and 386tq on it with my ls6 motor on 93... i'm honestly glad it didnt make more now that i've had a chance to drive it... the tq is flat at 465+ from 4-5100 and the power peaks at 6 and holds til 6500... i cant even use any gear besides 3rd.. even if i roll of from idle in 2nd it breaks loose once it hits 4000... plus if i shift into 3rd at 70 it still breaks loose pretty violently... car is scary... fun but scary.... need to do the creative steel 8.8 and bigger tires now for sure

also i think the 1 3/4 headers with cats and the volant cai with non ported ls2 tb is holding it back a bit... plus i dont know much about tuning, but i think the a/f ratio is set for reliability in mind.... on the dyno graph it shows the a/f to be at 11.9 to 12.1 back and fourth throughout the rpm range.... not sure how much that would affect it but it seems that's erring on the side of safety.... i've heard on the street tunes will lean out vs on the dyno

I've got another customer with a GTO and a 416 with PRC 237cc heads and a Fast intake. It made 538/515 IIRC with a 247/251 .624/.624 111+3 camshaft. Your exact cam just on a tighter LSA.

Different dyno, different tuners, different cars, different exhaust and induction set-ups feeding the engine etc. I'm just glad your happy with it.

yeh i'm very pleased with the power it makes and the way it makes it under the curve... i'm wanting this car to be a daily driver car that i can take to road atlanta a few weekends out of the year to have fun with.... i've def realized with this power level i need to do serious mods to the drive train to get this to be usable on a road course.... never have any plans to drag strip the car... Thanks again for all the advice you've given me on the car, its very much appreciated
