3 inch x pipe that necks down to 2.5 right before the connection to the stock titanium exhaust.

I did this^^^^

No UD pulley, through full exhaust.

Very nice. I have an '03 z06 with similar results and a very different way of getting there. I was working around California emissions. I think this is a pretty cool comparison! This graph is on 91 octane. I was able to pick up about 12 ft lb in the low range on e85.

What really surprised me is how down on torque I am compared to you at lower rpm. Damn long tubes and no cats are working well! I feel like the dual 3" is taking away some low end power from me for sure, but the convenience of a nearly bolt-in x-pipe won me over. It's a nice 304 stainless x-pipe from Corsa too and the car sounds amaaaaaaaazing compared to stock.

AFR 205 heads w/ 62cc chambers
SLP 1.85 rockers (600 lift with stock cam)
Smith Bros 7.45 and 7.50 pushrods
Ls7 exhaust manifolds and cats
Corsa 3" x-pipe mated to OEM titanium axle back
K&N intake
Ported throttle body
160 thermostat and a good tune

AI emailed me this morning... should be getting my heads within a week. Anxious to get her back up and running and see where I'll be at. Once I get the tune sorted out (I do my tunes over email) I'll be heading back to the dyno!

I saw you said you wanted around 450 with heads and cam so I thought I'd share my results. I achieved the below with stock heads, intake, throttle body and tstat. I know aftermarket heads set the next level for future upgrades, but I got close with the stock 243's.

447 rwhp / 406 rwtq.

Mods: Tick Performance SNS Torquemax Stage 3 cam, Brian Tooley .660" lift springs and titanium retainers, SLP 25% under drive crank pulley, Airaid cold air intake, Fast 36lb injectors, Kooks 1 7'8" Long tube headers, 3" X pipe no cats connected to the stock titanium mufflers.

Going to get the car tuned here in a week or two and then hit up the dyno again to see where I'm at. Had to make a quick idle and rev video.

New results are in. We'll call it 435hp/400tq. Here are some graphs I made showing before vs after.

New stuff:

AI 226cc cnc ported 243 heads, milled ~0.030", stock valves with PSI 1511 springs.
PatG specced EPS cam: 226/230 .604/.604" 113 +3
Remote tuned by PatG via Autocal

2003 Z06, LG headers and catless X pipe, Vararam intake, stock over the axle and street tune. A/F was set at 12.8 for track duty. This is SAE(corrected), uncorrected it made almost 400rwhp.

Yes I do, look up some of my Vids on Youtube to learn the track.

I may go to the PCA event on the 28-29th.

Pretty sure I have seen yours before and took another look again last night.

You planning on doing anything else to the vette?

I would like to hit up the PCA event as well, but work conflicts . I'm a good 4 hours away.

-Airaid full air intake w/ dry flow filter

389hp/378tq SAE on the best run. Correction factor was 0.98. Dynojet.

Pretty much what I expected, but always nice to have some real data for comparison purposes. Doing heads/cam here soon...hoping for around 450!!!

I made 391/378 in my 04 CTS-V LS6 with full bolt ons. LS7 clutch, headers, udp, fast 92. More drivetrain loss i know but close.
