very nice!!!!

so this was with stock rockers and lifters? Also I see these are PP heads, were these with the PP gold springs also?

those are awesome numbers! congrats!!
JPR was originall contracted but he never built it...... JD's supposedly assembled the entire motor.

crane duals... these heads were purchased before the Gold springs came about. stock rockers, crane OE style lifters

Lets face it 12:1 is still pretty high for 93 and FL heat.

no. We removed a lot of timing before it was ever started.

Was the noise there before the dyno? If so, why dyno tune the car risking everything you had invested?

Hey Matt did you and Carter get that motor figured out yet. Hope it works out for you and not have to spend too much more $$ making it right.

yes, and we were confident it wasn't going to come apart.... we had done enough checking about that.

I'm bringing it over to him tomorow... We are going to replace all the bearings and get the clearances down to where we want them for the main and rod bearings, as well as check every other clearance, re-ring the motor also while we are at it. Nice thing about having it fully tunned, is I won't have to worry so much about starting it up after putting it back together this time... before we could barely get it to idle....
